JXCE LLC is an independent data provider that collects publicly available information using proprietary software to perform ongoing data analysis. Through years of refining our technology and developing deep expertise in the companies we cover, JXCE transforms gathered data into research reports containing projections, which are delivered to clients in PDF format.

 

The following outlines our compliance standards and operational policies:

Independence & Investment Conduct

  • JXCE does not provide investment advice.

  • JXCE maintains strict independence; neither the company nor its employees own, trade, or hold positions in the companies covered by our data services.

  • JXCE does not acquire, hold, manage, or distribute material non-public information (MNPI).

 

Data Privacy & Security

  • JXCE does not harvest, store, or resell personally identifiable information (PII) related to subjects of our data collection.

  • We strictly adhere to GDPR and CCPA standards for data subject privacy.

  • Customer relationships and information are never disclosed to third parties.

  • JXCE maintains rigorous security and access-control practices to ensure data is handled responsibly and stored securely.

 

Data Collection Practices

  • Data is gathered using standard, acceptable web practices, fully respecting the policies of the data sources we access.

  • JXCE does not circumvent CAPTCHAs or use any methods to conceal identification while collecting data.

  • Employees complete annual compliance training to ensure adherence to company standards.

 

Reports & Intellectual Property

  • All reports and data are provided “as is” without warranty. Projections and expectations are based on proprietary analysis of historical data and are not guarantees of future performance. JXCE is not liable for any investment decisions made based on this information.

  • All research, proprietary software, and reports are the intellectual property of JXCE LLC. Redistribution without express written consent is prohibited.
